Calizumos Booty Blast group workout sessions are meant to bring our customers and friends together to enjoy an intense workout filled with motivation, drive, and positive energy. Our goal is to help guide the community in living a healthier and active lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, and determination. We will focus on cardiovascular and functional training outdoors enjoying some of Barcelona's amazing open spaces such as Montjuic, La Barceloneta and Parc Guell. Come and join our group from all over the world for a dynamic and fun workout.
Come join us and our affiliates, Midnight Runners, for our weekly runs located around the city of Barcelona! Monday night's we run 10km, stopping every 2km to do functional trainings. Thursday's we run 5km stopping every 1.5km to do functional trainings focusing on core and abdominal strength. Sunday's we run 15k without stopping to build up your body endurance and stamina.
